Sean Patrick Folster

Director

Sean Patrick Folster is making his film directing debut with The Visit. He is happy to be back working with Eric Maierson again, having acted in a successful run of Eric’s play Reprise in NYC. Last year, Sean directed and starred as John in the New York revival of Conor McPherson’s play Shining City at the Paradise Factory. As an actor, Sean has several television credits, recurring as Claude Devlin on Season 3 of City On A Hill with Kevin Bacon and Aldis Hodge, and as Squatch on the lone season of Dispatches From Elsewhere with Jason Segel and Sally Fields, among many others. He has appeared in over 15 films, most recently Lie Hard on Amazon Prime, and as eccentric zillionaire Simon Malador in Ken Forman’s soon-to-be-released web series New Moon. In addition to acting and directing, Sean is a teacher, owning and operating his own acting studio, The Folster Studio, for twelve years. He resides in the Bronx, NY.

Eric Maierson

Writer/Producer

Eric Maierson is a writer and two-time Emmy-winning video editor and producer. His work has appeared on The New Times, The New Yorker, The Washington Post and Time. Most recently he edited the first hour of a 4-part series on veterans in America for PBS as well as the series Reset for Vice.tv. He is currently a Senior Editor at Blue Chalk Media.

Ben Wolf

Director of Photography

With over two decades of experience, Ben Wolf is a DP, director, and owner of Brooklyn-based film production company Topiary Productions, Inc.  A graduate of Yale (BA Philosophy) and Columbia (MFA Film), he works world-wide in documentary, narrative and commercial production.  Recent projects include serving as DP/co-producer of the documentaries Keeper of Time (dir. Michael Culyba), Obit (dir. Vanessa Gould), and The Happy Film (Stefan Sagmeister).  Commercial clients include Citi, KPMG, New York City, IBM, Knoll, and The Getty, Metropolitan and Whitney Museums.  Ben is currently directing Electric Avenue, a documentary about the evolving transportation infrastructure of NYC.
